Just a little more.....

Okay, so he is closer to 8months than 7 so I am a little late.  On his 7month check-up he weighed 16lbs. 8oz----that's up 1.5 lbs in a month.

Can you tell his lips are red?  His daddy shared his strawberry Bahama Buck's with him and he loved it of course.
--He loves to eat---nurse, bottle, applesauce, cereal, potatoes, pears, mango, banana, chicken and rice dinner, Bahama Bucks (:---you name it, he will eat it.

--He loves to share his daddy's lemonade at restaraunts.

--He is a crawling maniac.  Well....I guess technically he isn't crawling--it's more of an army crawl or pulling himself.  In the last few weeks he started pulling with one (sometimes 2) arm and pushing with the opposite leg.  Between that and how well he was rolling, he had no issues getting where he wanted to go.  Then last week or the week before he started using both legs to push.  He doesnt get up onto his knees but he is FAST.  He has no problems getting up the step in my parents' sunken living room---doesn't even stop to think about it.

--He loves to jump.

--His newest hand thing is to always have his pointer finger extended--it's hilarious

--He is definitely making his mind up about things and will let you know when he doesn't like something you have done

--He is still the sweetest baby ever

--We were at a baptism last Saturday and he chewed on my finger and I felt a tooth.  I was so excited and it totally explained why he had been grouchy all day.  So, the tooth contines to come in and cause grouchiness.

--He still doesn't sleep through the night or in his own bed

--He loves to play with balls

--He is sitting up really well but still topples over.

--He went swimming for the first time the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and loved it

--He loves bath time and loves to splash in the bath water

--He got to go to his great-grandparents pretty much Monday through Thursday from January-May.  They of course are in love with him and he thinks they are pretty hilarious.

--We took him on his first road-trip on the 20th of May.  It was only to Safford and he did great, but by the time we got there he was VERY ready to be out of the car.

--He continues to talk and flirt with everyone around him.

--He has started wearing, in the past couple of weeks, 6-9 month clothing.  He is till wearing 3-6month clothing but some of them are starting to be retired

--Doesn't have a particular favorite toy but in the last couple of days, any toy that he is holding at a given moment is his favorite and he screams and cries huge tears and pouts his lips if you try to take it away.
