Shopping
If you ask people who really know us, they might tell you we like to shop. Mind you, we almost ALWAYS shop the sale/clearance racks and are pretty good about not just buying anything and everything we like. When we found out we were having a boy, I was afraid it wouldnt be fun to shop for him. Well, no worries there. This year, Jeber woke up early in the morning to get some shelving units from Home Depot and then we took our precious with us on a Black Friday shopping adventure. We went to Scottsdale Mall. Did we come home with a new tv? computer? kitchen appliances? video games? Nope. Jeber got a new wallet, but other than that, all we got was some mittens for baby, shoes for baby, a hat for baby.....The week before Christmas we went to Anthem Outlet Mall. Jeber did find some Nike shoes for really cheap (we are huge suckers for shoes in our house) but other than that, all we got was clothes for baby--probably too many clothes--but very cute clothes. What was that talk from a General Authority about the woman who never got to wear her beautiful new dress because she was waiting for a special occasion? We have decided that we cant wait for baby boy to stop growing so much before we buy him cute clothes. We want him to look cute now, as he is growing. And if his current clothes only fit him for a few weeks, that just means they should still be in great shape for the next one(s).
